At Cottage School we use the Waldorf approach from the teachings of Rudolf Steiner. We are mothers who work together in homeschooling our children

With options to drop off your child so that you can have sometime to yourself during the week or join us as a teacher (training required) or a teaching assistant! We have the full curriculum here so that you can focus on extracurricular and enhancing the extra time you do have with your child.

We offer Kindergarten and Second grade currently with hopes to expand next year! We gather Monday through Wednesday, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM. Our days are rooted in a full adaptable Waldorf curriculum, with an extra day of guided learning for you to enjoy at home together. 

Before enrolling, please peek through our Parent Handbook and Enrollment Form to make sure our values align with yours. We also love inviting each child for a cozy meet-and-greet to ensure it feels just right for everyone.

Our Cottage School is held in my warm, inviting home located in King near Mitchell's Nursery, and we’re excited to offer summer tours!

✔️ A full adaptable Waldorf curriculum, with one lesson sent home weekly for you to complete together

✔️ A nurturing, nature-based, and creative learning environment

✔️ Preschool - 3rd grade
